Speech 1 and 2 are performance-based courses that develop students’ communication skills as they learn to articulate, support, and present thoughts with confidence. In this session we will preview essential questions, objectives, major activities, and assignments. We will practice sample activities and explore discussion techniques. We will discuss best practices for teaching and learning in an inquiry-based model.
